  1. Shipping was incredibly fast. This was the best price I could find for graphtech left handed tuners anywhere. The product was just as described, but the graphtech packaging seemed like it was previously opened. The way the round seal tape was cut, it could have been accidentally torn or returned perhaps? The mounting plates were never removed from their sealed packaging. So, they appear brand new and I am happy. Best tuners I have ever used. l'd always recommend Sweetwater to anyone.

  2. I received this item on time as described by the seller. However, the box it came in was completely crushed with split open corners and the retail box the headphones came in was damaged as well. Ultimately the headphones inside were not damaged which is the main concern. It's impossible to know whether the box was damaged in transit or left the seller that way but either way I received a crushed box. I'm satisfied overall about the purchase.

  3. Sweetwater never seems to disappoint! Very quick delivery with excellent packing! I was worried when I saw some shipping damage to the outer box, but the contents inside were safe and secure protected by additional foam and the original box. Looks better than the photo when it is in your hands better than described! Sweetwater's added value with their free delivery just adds to a great shopping experience!
