Lined, rayon/polyester with acetate lining, made in USA. It was most successful from 1982 to 1996. -Color: black. Vintage black timeless and minimalist pleated black pencil skirt -Details: black skirt with button and zipper closure in back. Lined, rayon/polyester with acetate lining, made in USA -Color: black. While some photos cause the photo to look slightly navy but it is definitely black -Condition: excellent condition. Slight thrift store-like odor. -Size: Marked size 12 but I measured it at a 29 waist. See measurements below for accurate sizing -Era: 80s or 90s. Because it was made in the USA, the size tag material, and contains pleats I would approximate 80s to maybe very early 90s Measurements (laying flat): Waist: 14.5 inches Hips: 18 Length: 24.5 I have done my best to represent this item in its true condition, but please let me know if you have questions or concerns.
