The seller was wonderful to work with. We created a custom rug and seller spent a lot of time adjusting the design to help us create what we were seeking. Seller maintained communication throughout the process, sending us updates and even pictures of the rug during various stages of being woven. Ultimately, the rug arrived quicker than anticipated and both the design and the quality were better than we had expected.
One of the best sellers on eBay, I just want to say that it was the best experience I had on eBay with the seller and the product as well , delivery went as promised and yhe quality was great , a real pleasure with this rug , the appearance as per the pictures as well , great value and great condition
Quality is excellent. Beautiful rug. Packaging was top notch - no damage was incurred during shipping. The colors varied from the pic a little (I think they sent the Traditional version, not the one I ordered), but overall it still worked for me and looks lovely.
