Initially I had a shipping issue that was not sellers fault. I asked seller what size the package was because it was marked delivered and I could not find it anywhere. Got exactly the Pencils I wanted and fast shipping BUT the SHIPPING BAG CHOICE was TERRIBLE. the product box was ripped and pencils falling out of the box! I think the seller could have at least applied clear tape to the box opening points to ensure safer arrival.
