The reason this 1985 comic is a key issue is because it has the FIRST EVER APPEARANCE of the beloved ally of the Ninja Turtles, Casey Jones. This is a hard comic to come by and therefore is considered rare and an AWESOME vintage/collectors piece to add to your current comic book or TMNT collections.
