I have not used this tape yet. The instructions say put it over heal in one complete piece but the tape I received was not big enough to do that in one piece. I messaged them and they said I ordered the wrong one (smaller one) they should not have a smaller one if you are suppose to attach it to the heal in one piece. Should be one size big enough to use. Shipping time was ok. It’s Christmas so all shipping is slower. Thank you!
