The item was determined to be used vice open box by the seller before shipping. They were very honest about it and gave me the option to cancel the purchase. I chose to go ahead with the purchase and see what I would end up with. The item was in good shape, operates as it should but was missing a couple of parts. The seller was gracious enough to credit me for the cost of replacing the missing items. I give this seller 5 stars +
