This is a LEGO Time Twisters set, specifically the Twisted Time Train (6497) from the Time Cruisers theme. Released in 1997 with 296 pieces, this retired set includes the box, instructions, and features a train design. Box may show some wear. For ages 9-12 and is made of plastic. 3 part train: engine with pilot seat, observation car with balcony, Ghost car with castle like features. 2 mini figures, Ghost and Skeleton. I’ve been an adult collector of Legos and other collectibles for the past 30 years. All of my items have been purchased new and have only had one owner-me. It is stored in their original boxes in a smoke-free environment.
