In order to help protect condition of the jewel case, we will apply shrink wrap at our warehouse, or ship in a mylar sleeve. All of our CDs will also come with a custom promotional Lost and Found Records OBI strip, exclusive to our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is the #1 priority. Shipping Terms FLAT RATE USPS MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING REGARDLESS OF ORDER SIZE $5.75 Please note USPS isn't very consistent with scanning Media Mail shipments. If you see any lagging in tracking, do not be alarmed. This is normal and updates will come available eventually. Most Media Mail shipments arrive within a week to 10 days after leaving our originating Southern Utah Post Office. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items caused by courier.
