As always, MOU makes stylish and well made clogs. As listed, the clogs were new and in their original box. The value is great including the shipping considering they shipped from Italy. The appearance is new and the clogs are in perfect condition. While I purchase a lot, rarely do I buy from outside the US . Great seller communication and because my order was shipped via Fed X, I was able to monitor tracking every step of the way. Highly recommend seller.
Shipping was a great experience. My package arrived earlier than expected. Seller is very friendly and responds quickly. It was packaged carefully and nicely. My coat was exactly as pictured and the price was great! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
Some issues about shipping. I was offered a better price and I received the shoes. The shoebox was damaged and better wrapping would have solved the problem. The shoes are perfect.
