[Banana Republic Pants are very lightweight and fabric is 100% polyester (which I like because I find it tends to reduce wrinkling, shrinking and fading). ]. Back right pocket has a zippered closure. Back left pocket is still stitched closed (indicating they might be new). Banana Republic Pants are very lightweight and fabric is 100% polyester (which I like because I find it tends to reduce wrinkling, shrinking and fading). ] Listed as 36 x 34 on the tag and in measuring them I find them to be actually closer to 38" in the waist and 33.5 in the inseam. They do have belt loops so could be "tightened" at the waist. Back right pocket has a zippered closure. Back left pocket is still stitched closed (indicating they might be new). They have a flat front and 2 side slit pockets and on the right pockets there is also a zippered pockets so you would have added security with that (tried to show this in the final photo). Really, really nice condition - may even be NWOT though I cannot say for certain. These weigh under 1# and will be shipped in tyvek to keep the shipping price as low as possible.
