  1. I did not have to speak with the seller, but it came in exactly when it said it would. For packaging, it came wrapped in bubble wrap and paper was in the box with it to cushion. So I’m very glad it came so safely packed. Although a small piece was chipped, the photos showed it would be, it’s exactly as shown. All-in-all I’m glad to have it, it’s really beautiful and cute, and I think well worth the price. Also, I did plug it in and it works great!
