I am not a professional seller. I just have been collecting various items for the past 60 years. It is time for someone else to appreciate what I have collected. This item is a yearly memo pad for the year 1949. It contains a memo pad for each day of the year. Constructed of hard cardboard and paper. Measures 6 3/4 x 12 inches. Advertised the Green Mountain Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Montpelier, Vermont. Who’s phone number was 639-now that tells how old it is. The company’s representative was W.S. Ingalls of Greensboro, Vermont. It is in good condition. Just a couple of folds at the edges of the calledar. Was used as someone made notes on several of the dates. Check out the pictures. A word about pricing. Yes, I research each item to see what the going market price is. I then attempt to make my offering price 33% to 50% less then the going market price. On some of my items I do get closer to the going market price but that is only for very special items. An opportunity to add to your collection or start a collection at a reasonable price. USPS prices have increased but I will attempt to ship via the best pricing possible. I choose between first class mail (if item is flat and can fit into a standard envelop), Ground Advantage (if item requires boxing - price starts at $5.00), or Media Mail (if permissible). . UPDATE: USPS INCREASES PRICING FOR GROUND ADVANTAGE FOR THE HOLIDAYS! FROM WHAT I SEE IT SHOULD ONLY AFFECT MY SHIPPING BY ABOUT $0.50 A SMALL PACKAGE. Purchase more than one of my items and if they are shipped in the same package and same address I will adjust the shipping cost where possible. All depends on what the USPS is charging now.
