New with tags, but the size tag has been removed. Laid flat, the chest measures approx 21 inches & the length is about 36 inches. This is an XS in this brand! I have the same jacket in maroon listed tagged size XS that measures exactly the same. Although, it does appear to fit a bit oversized. Cozy plaid liner! Some imperfections to the knit sleeves & the made in Hong Kong tag is no longer attached on one side as pictured.
