It slips on over the head and is made from a 93% Rayon and 7% Spandex jersey-like material. This material great as it has a little stretch and doesn’t wrinkle. Also, the fabric has a UPF 50. Style #001239. This dress is being sold, as is, in "Excellent" pre-worn condition. There are no spots, stains, or flaws. I only wore it a couple of times.
