As for the product, despite arriving damaged, which I fixed, it was as described. The quality is Mopar good, the price was competitive. Appearance okay since the damage occurred in transit. The problem is an absence of communication. It was very late being shipped and damaged in transit. I reached out twice and received no reply either time. I realize the damage wasn't the seller's fault but not responding at all to comms is in my opinion inexcusable.
Item came in great condition and just as described. Great price too. Unfortunately, seller does not answer messages at all. TWICE messaged! First time, I reached out prior to purchasing and they did not answer. I Wasted a couple of days. I took a chance getting the item, but it turned out to be a good risk. Then I messaged them a couple days after purchase to ask about tracking. No response but it was updated. Hard hard is it to answer a messqge?
I was very worried that these had not shipped after a week … then I read the listing that said will ship after 7 days .. they shipped day 8 and arrived within the window they gave for the order brand new Mopar OEM quality super awesome value … very happy with the parts
