Unit was exactly as described and it was true "Plug & Play". I moved a lot of files from my computer to the drive and it took a LONG time; days in fact. Not sure if that was because of the sheer size of the transfer but from the claims made, I would have expected it to be much quicker. The neutral rating & one star for shipping is because, though the item shipped on December 5th, it didn't arrive (from CA to PA) until the 19th. I checked the tracking and it sat for 8 days before going to USPS.
