It is also signed and titled "On the Canal New Hope Early Morning Bucks County" by Willett on the back. Measures 8 inches X 6 1/8 inches including frame and 6 1/2 inches X 4 1/2 inches not including the frame. Wonderful bright colors in Willets superb style.
