I have bought items here before and have always been pleased and haven't been disappointed including this purchase. Packing was very carefully done to protect the item. Item was exactly as described in the ad. Although it was described , it sure looked brand new to me and priced like any product of the same value. Shipping was a little high but isn't everything these days and I don't fault the seller about this. Overall a very good experience and a pleased customer-5 Stars all the way-thanks!
I have ordered from Trainz many times before and have never been disappointed and here is another time! Response to the order was immediate and hand off to USPS was quick. Upon arrival and inspection, packaging was solid, no damage. The model was exactly as described but even better than the photos, a little gem. Overall this was a great transaction, smooth, trouble-free, very rewarding and an excellent value. A very professional and trusted seller, Highly recommended!
The only thing I can that might appear negative is that they are a large company which appears a little ‘sterile’ to me! Everyone is very courteous and they respond quickly to all questions and problems. Their description is always spot on. ‘Fair’ prices and shipping is great in every was, shipping cost, packaging, quick delivery. All is well including this great train ! I just like to haggle and they don’t. I will return and buy here again, definitely!
