A bit of confusion on the item description (just a different colored product that was delivered, and from what was in the image listing). They worked with me and responded quickly when I reached out about the difference. Though I was initially frustrated, they were very professional and did everything they could to make things right. Great communication, the merchandise appears to be new as described in the listing. If I had know this seller had other items that I could use in my retro gaming restoration project; I would had purchased multiple items. However, those items would have to wait until next year.
