Add was misleading on the thumbnail it said free shipping while the add said pick up only,I paid for it then received a pop up asking me to confirm my pick up,Sneaky tactic.Seller was prompt about responding to questions until I informed him I wanted a refund then the airwaves went silent for 2 days I had to contact eBay providing them with screenshots of the tricky ad it was only then that prompt action was taken for a refund. Nevertheless positive review becaz I'm a person of my word .
Overall, it was a positive experience however five days after payment until shipment is a little subpar by most standards. Packaging was exceptionally good and overall condition when received was very good. Communication seem to come hard and maybe a little bit reluctant to invest time to answer concerns. But again, I would like to emphasize overall a positive experience, good quality product and received in time just barely before we left town.
