Seller took a while to ship my bag but was great at communicating and keeping me up to date on my item so I really appreciated that. It was packaged really well and was in better condition than described so that was a plus. Seller also let me know before shipping that he noticed more imperfections on the bag that wasn’t listed and offered a discount or cancelling the order. The bag was delivered 5 days after I placed the order which was a phenomenal timeframe for shipping, the bag was in WAY better condition than described and the seller was prompt with communication!
