Open box Item was in perfect condition. Made coffee 15 minutes after it arrived. It worked excellently. I bought this item to replace the exact same model I had for nearly 10 years that finally failed. It arrived promptly. I would trust the seller for future purchases. The sellers accurate description and informative photos closed the deal. I never had a reason to communicate with the seller as the entire process went flawlessly. Highly recommended.
Game came complete, but since it was shipped in the original game box, it arrived with quite a bit of damage to the corners of the box. The appearance was greatly impacted. Overall, Shipping was quick and all pieces are included as described.
