Item was shipped in a timely manner. There was a dent that was not shown on the printhead. Either due to glare or the seller taking specific angled photos. It was not open box new as listed either. The printhead was literally placed inside a plastic bag and smashed tight into a small flat rate box with no padding. If anyone's handled these printheads, that's not supposed to happen ever. Shocked it still works. The price was right though. NEEDS TO IMPROVE SHIPPING...
