I ordered BBQ sauce. They said "this item and similar nature items are prohibited in the state of AZ" Apparently, BBQ sauce is now ILLEGAL in Arizona. I had no idea! I sent multiple requests seeking resolution but found none. Total waste of time. Ebay said I have to wait 7 days to post negative feedback. I chose positive so I could post right away.
This seller was gracious enough to get ahold of me and advise me that her shipment was damaged and that there would be an extended wait time. She advised me to put in for a refund and that she would immediately give me a full refund. She told me that she was sorry and that she just did not want me to have to wait. It was very refreshing.
Excellent. Love the products. I had questions to seller and got response that looked like from oversea. I started thinking it’d take awhile. However, to my surprise it arrived the next day. Not sure how. It’s super fast. Vey please with products too. If I need another set, I’d definitely come back to this seller.
