Unfortunately the item I ordered turned out to be faulty. When I raised this with the seller they were very apologetic and immediately offered a refund. The item was received very quickly, and despite it being faulty I would still consider ordering from this supplier again.
Even though the item does not fit my needs, the seller was prompt in responding to me. He offered a full refund or 10% and keep it. While 10% is negligible, I am satisfied that he made that offer.
