Made multiple purchases on one order, seller communicated early on that there was a supply issue with one item and they would attempt to send all in one order if I wanted to wait or could send separate, excellent communication and when it appeared one item wouldn't be available they refunded me that item straight away and sent others and they arrived earlier than expected. Product was perfect and exactly as described. Great seller. Purchased newly released item but description didn’t say would ship when item was released so it took a bit longer but I wasn’t in a rush so experience still positive. If I had known the item wasn’t yet available I probably would have bought when released from us seller. Overall no complaints tho. Probably my fault for not reading everything. Package did arrive after estimated shipping.
Very fast shipping, took 10 days to get to Canada after ordering. Upon opening the package, I thought it could use a little more packing to prevent the lens packaging from moving within the shipping box. But the Viltrox box itself has more than sufficient foam padding protecting the lens. I will definitely buy from this seller again and recommend them to others as well. Thank you!
