I received only one new pack is 2 instead of a pack of 12. The one I received was wrapped in cellophane then placed in a large oversized box & arrived on time. Seller resolved the issue with a refund. Great & HONEST seller.
The seller had limited control of the shipping. The mail strike in Canada. They never got to me. When I contacted them, there was no hesitation on there part. When I asked for a refund I got it. Thank you.
