I haven't opened the package yet. FedEx opened it for me. FedEx apparently didn't like the shape of the box so decided to modify it. They must have had gotten a 3 for 1 deal on packing tape. There is so much tape on the box that it's going to require a machete and hand grenade to open it. Waiting on FedEx for both. The seller was quick to ship. FedEx gave themselves an extra week and still showed up late. I have a 4 1/2 feet overhang on my house and they managed to set it in the rain.
The seller was great. Quickly had it shipped and arrival was within a week. Communications was great as was the price. It was packaged well and no damage was incurred during transport. The gate itself will provide sufficient protection for our cats. This gate should work for small dogs as well. As advertised, it is for cats! It is not stout enough for larger pets! The instructions, in very small print and little detail, left a lot to be desired but assembly is pretty straight forward.
Not to bad! I tried 1 of the 2 I bought last night. I'm 6'3" 240# and it seems pretty good for camp outs for a few days. I do recommend this seller. Shipped Quickly. Packaging was okay but it could be a bit better as ups, fedex, amazon, usps don't really take care of packages anymore. They would treat packages much better IF they were their own. These came Fedex and came with a few punctures but none that hurt the chairs Fortunately.
