This puffer jacket by Zero x posure is in excellent pre owned condition I don't see any rips or stains on this top or any fading of color from pre owned washes. sometimes the camera picks up a different shade of color on items, if color is very important to you, please message me. RETURNS We would like you to be able to bid with confidence so we will accept returns up to 14 days after the post mark date on the original package. If the item you purchased is not as pictured and described, please notify us and return the item within 14 days of the post mark on the package. Our refund policy is not intended to cover buyer’s remorse. Buyer pays return shipping charges. All original packaging, the packing slip, any warranty books, manuals, etc. must be included inside the returned package. If we did this, we would have to add $5 to $25 to the cost of the item so we leave that decision to the buyer We do launder items that look like they have been worn and not washed after. many items might have a musty odor from being in storage until sold If the item looks like it is new without the tags, or has a dry-cleaners ticket on it,or has bling , shoulder pads , wool or silk some kind of light materials even though it doesn't have a dry clean only tag we do not launder these items. We include pictures of all defects, rips, tears, stains, etc., (if it can be seen with the naked eye) but sometimes a flaw may get past our visual inspection process. If this should happen with the item you have purchased please let us know before leaving negative feedback.
