The item was delivered damaged, obviously from shipping with USPS and not enclosed in a box, just wrapped. Things like this sometimes happen with USPS. I contacted the seller, sent pictures and was promptly refunded in full without any questions. The level of customer service was fantastic, commendable! Definitely would recommend this seller, as they exhibited the highest level of integrity. I will absolutely do business with this seller again as the item damaged resulted from the USPS.

This power adapter cable seems good and it seems to be functioning properly. The seller's description fits the item condition, being "used" with only a small superficial scuff mark. Nice!
