Excellent service! Seller neglected to tape shipping envelope shut. Post Office delivered an empty envelope in a plastic bag. With a note saying the package had been damaged. Padded envelopes notoriously are stubborn to open when needed. Yet easily open when needed to stay closed. By simply taping the envelpoe shut, It prevents this from occuring. Regardless, when notified; seller quickly responded and shipped a replacement item. Item was exactly as advertised. Great communication. 5 Star Seller
