Shipping and packaging were exceptional. The mirror was shipped fast and packaged safely. The mirror came as described; but unfortunately I had to return the item. It was the correct mirror just the wrong model; it wasn’t a manual folding mirror for Subaru Legacy. However, this company’s response was great. They answered every question and was very helpful and quick with the return process; I’m just waiting for a refund. I will most definitely buy from this company again.
Picture of mirror showed blind spot detection and heat symbols, description of mirror was contradictory of photo, I assumed I was getting the mirror that was pictured , that was not the case resulting in receiving the wrong mirror. They did issue a full refund therefore I believe they are a good company to deal with, but I guess a picture is not worth a thousand words, lol
The packing was excellent and my side view mirror arrived in great condition. It was exactly as described and fit my vehicle perfectly. This was such a great value and much less expensive than going through my local dealership. Shipping was fast and quick, and I had the mirror at my door and installed on my car within a week.
