Shipping and packaging were exceptional. The mirror was shipped fast and packaged safely. The mirror came as described; but unfortunately I had to return the item. It was the correct mirror just the wrong model; it wasn’t a manual folding mirror for Subaru Legacy. However, this company’s response was great. They answered every question and was very helpful and quick with the return process; I’m just waiting for a refund. I will most definitely buy from this company again.
The packing was excellent and my side view mirror arrived in great condition. It was exactly as described and fit my vehicle perfectly.
