The Vendor let me know that one item in my order was damaged and gave me the option to remove it and get a refund or purchase at a discounted price. That was very honest and I appreciated it that I wasn't trying to return a damaged item . The items came very carefully packed and were in great condition. I would purchase again from this vendor in a second. I wish shipping could have been less, but that is totally out of the vendors control. All in all a great experience
There were 3 of these on ebay, but only this seller put in a new battery. Shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, it was as described and because it is working, a great value, and will make a dandy birthday gift for a friend who sews a lot.
