I didn't get the slip cased version of the book that I purchased from photos. A book in a faded and torn dustjacket arrived. I was refunded and told to keep the book, however, I had to send a 2nd message pointing out the original slip cased version was still on offer on Ebay (having been told the refund was because the slip cased version was 'out of stock') Poor practice when people are mislead by a photo!! I appreciate refund & comms, but wouldn't return
Book in very good condition as advertised. Sadly a Hard back book was sent when I actually ordered a paperback version. Having contacted the seller their reply was received very quickly explaining that this was a listing error & advised me to keep the book or donate it & was refunded the cost of the book within 2 days of me contacting them. Their customer Service was excellent & I would not hesitate to order from this seller again in the future.
