  1. The item itself was in the condition stated, which was very reasonable value for the price. However it was missing the CD meant to come with it, so I contacted the seller. They got back to me quickly apologising profusely, issuing me a refund and telling me to keep the book or pass it on. They said they had looked to see if they had another of these items in stock but did not, and again apologised. Despite the order not being as expected, 10/10 for excellent customer service!   3. Book in very good condition as advertised. Sadly a Hard back book was sent when I actually ordered a paperback version. Having contacted the seller their reply was received very quickly explaining that this was a listing error & advised me to keep the book or donate it & was refunded the cost of the book within 2 days of me contacting them. Their customer Service was excellent & I would not hesitate to order from this seller again in the future.
