  1. This DVD arrived very quickly. It was shipped in a bubble mailer. I prefer movies to be shipped in boxes to ensure they are not damaged by those gorillas at the post office, but this movie arrived in good condition. Everything was as described. The film was in Italian audio with Korean subtitles as stated in the description. As a bonus, there were also Japanese subtitles. I was really happy to get the Korean version of this film for my collection at such a good price point. I couldn't pass it up

  2. This was as pictured. The other item in the same shipment was not the edition and cover ordered and I was very disappointed about that. Looking at other recent reviews it seems other buyers have the same complaints - they send you any old cover and not the one you wanted and chose specifically because of their photo. Second frequent comment is true too - very flimsy packaging, but the books were fine. I'd say if you want a specific cover do NOT order from this seller. Otherwise fine.

  3. The only seller on the Internet I buy movies from from the last 15 years. Always ships quicker than expected. I ordered brand new movies they come brand new. We have a substandard mailman now and he could not read my address and sent it back to them. I contacted them the same day he didn’t deliver and they shipped one out immediately. I got my new one a week before they got the original back. We have a good relationship with each other. They will take care of you I promise!
