Chicago and Eastern Illinois railroad company employee Employee time table no 1 June 2,1968 This is truly a new time table it had never been opened as evidenced by the pictures I was careful not to spring the back so it still lays flat when closed. I have no idea how the ink has come off the cover. Otherwise the inside pages are perfect. I will have to grade this a 3.5 - for the cover while the inside is a solid 9+ a great piece of railroad history for the beginning collector or the collector who like the well worn look.
