Items as described and pictured. Seller shipped quickly. Items came in a nice thick heavy duty cardboard box that was made to fit the items perfectly. This product work very well for toilet bowl stains and soap buildup in bathtubs. I haven't tried it on rust yet. I wish seller would tell buyers that a signature is required to receive the package from the shipping company.
Seller originally sent me the wrong product. Acknowledging their mistake they promptly shipped out replacement product, refunded me for the original order, and instructed me to keep the wrong item sent. Despite the inconvenience of having to wait to clean my carpet this was customer service at its finest. Let’s hope the product is as good as the service. Thank you!
