I contacted seller and they apologized, refunded me and suggested several things to do with the book after allowing me to keep it. I have gone ahead and ordered a hardcover from the same seller.   3. A positive experience! All ordered books arrived well on time and communication about the shipment was extensive and accurate. Of a few items the condition was worse than described in their listing (Acceptable rather than good) and I think the packaging of the order could be better (containing some protective material), but the book prices and low shipping costs made up for this. Other than that the transaction was spotless. Good value for money!
