I've ordered 48 movies and a CD or two. Every one of them are in a condition equal to or greater than described. Descriptions are accurate and honest. You know they've looked at every disc they send you because there is a packing slip inside each item's case. Items are well-packed and shipped quickly. I can't say enough about the consistency of quality. And the various sales make buying here a good value. Very professional. This is my new go-to online store. I have 18 more DVDs on the way...
I contacted seller with no response ever, and decided to take a chance on purchasing. I wanted to know if the book was an original printing from 1920, or if it was a print on demand book. The only indication was a picture of the title page showing a 1920 date. The description mentioned yellowing of the pages. When I received it, it was a new print on demand copy. This was incredibly misleading and I bought it only because I was expecting an original 1920 original. Not happy with this seller.
I shipped a precious order to another address, and didn't notice I needed to change it, so at first I thought it wasn't delivered, but it was -- to my friend's address. I put in a complaint before I realize this, so if the seller gets that message, I tried to rescind it when I discovered it was me -- not the seller's fault. My friend will bring it to me later when he visits.
