I appreciate the seller getting back to me when I was having trouble tracking the book's delivery progress. Apparently there were 2 different tracking numbers - one in Canada & the other in the U.S., since it was initially shipped from Canada. The item had been delayed in delivery for about a month and just as the seller was about to send out a replacement, the original item was located and I received it shortly thereafter. The packaging was still in good condition after being in transit for an extended period of time. The book was brand new and exactly as described. There was a small delay in shipping, but when the seller noticed, they promptly sent me a message and a % refund to compensate for any inconvenience.
