I'd ordered 2 of the same item and they were both defective - my original parts worked better than the replacements. Seller offered to send another 2 but I didn't want to chance it - I'd understand if it were just one. Seller was understanding and did reimburse me. I'm sure it wasn't their fault. Probably just re-sells things and doesn't make it themselves. Would do business again.
Received item fairly quickly but based on the sellers listing was expecting it to be, Stainless Steel, it is not. Turns out to be standard grade metal just chrome plated.
