You are bidding on a postwar Lionel #6419 DL&W Work Caboose that was cataloged from 1948 to 1950, and again from 1952 to 1955. This is the unpainted cab & toolbox version, with a downsized box, that ates from 1955. This caboose is in like new condition and has no problems or damage. The plastic parts are flawless. The surfaces still look like new and have virtually no noticeable contact marks. The lettering is clear and bold. The metal parts are rust-free and have excellent original finish. The somewhat scarce original box (w/insert) is still in excellent condition with some overall light wear evident. Please email if you have any questions. Sells with no reserve!
