Disappointing though because asked them first to check that actually offering dvd titles shown after explaining chose in past and sent wrong each time... sadly seller reply to our message was "Unfortunately we are not able to provide item specific details at this time due to the large amount of inventory in our warehouse." Could have saved our time & their money if allowed employees to check 🤷‍♀️

  2. The very good book came in a thin plastic sack very damaged, it looked like it had lived in a middle schoolers backpack for a year. It even had a hole through the cover. I’m assuming the majority of the damage came from the way it was shipped. I was obviously not very happy so I messaged the seller with photos and had a 50% refund by the end of the same day. I’m still bummed about the book but hey excellent customer service. They’ll definitely try to make it right.

  3. This book was ordered and shipped with 3 others. It arrived as described, others did not, as all 4 books were packaged loosely in a plastic bag. Shipping was painfully slow as the seller used a shipping partner. It literally went from Washington state to New York and then finally back to me in Oregon (one state away from Washington) and took 9 days . I still gave this a positive review as it arrived as described but will not likely buy from this seller again.
