I never received the items…!!! This is not because of the seller but UPS.!!! The driver stated they delivered the package but their was no picture of the package dropped off from UPS nor both of my ring cameras did not pick up the truck or driver delivering the packages to my home …!!!!!
Shipping snafu', (out of control by the seller). UPS stated delivered, (but did not) THEN 2 DAYS LATER IT ARRIVED IN AN AMAZON BOX AND TRUCK. Seller highly recommend as they refunded money and refused to accept my payment again. Highly recommend!
My package didn’t arrive: it was addressed incorrectly, but the seller was very communicative and refunded immediately, also offering a chance to repurchase the item. Very pleased with customer service and will try this seller again.
