The Online Bookstore Company immediately refunded my money nearly as fast as I reported it. I'm not rating this on the poor condition but rather the strong customer support to ethically fix the problem without making me suffer and waste time when the original problem originated with the seller. I'm rating seller's professionality and ethical behavior as 5 star.
