  1. The book arrived as described and as pictured. It shipped quickly, but was shipped in only a plastic bag mailer, so not much protection. I will also forewarn, the seller does not answer questions about the specific condition of a book. I know because I asked if two different books had any writing in the margins and received the same pre-generated response both times declining to answer. Despite this, I would still recommend this seller if you are willing to shoulder that risk buying used books

  2. Purchased a 1901 vintage book at a fair price. It arrived early with FREE shipping! As noted in the description, the book I received was not the one shown in the photograph image. The book was different in color, and contained scuff marks on both the front & back covers. In addition, the spine had plastic tape covering it. The purchase was fulfilled from the warehouse, so I cannot blame the seller. Like many book sellers today the book arrived in a thin plastic envelope. Overall happy!

  3. While I know the more detailed listing said the image was just for information purposes it's still lame that the book I received wasn't the same as the image and it's the older penguin edition. The book arrived in same condition as explained in listing but I specifically wrote a note to the seller saying to please pack it carefully since I've had many books arrive damaged because they were packed in a thin flimsy paper envelope, yet this arrived in a thin plastic sleeve with zero protection.
