The original pair was too long, US12 to 30CM Japan was a little off. The seller had me remeasure and arranged for new shoes. The next size was slightly too small (width-wise), but due to the helpfulness of the seller I accepted the smaller size with no additional return. This was my choice, but the seller is fantastic and worked hard to accommodate. The shoes are good quality, new condition, a good value, and appear wonderful. I will rebuy a larger size at a later date.
Shipping was quick, great communication, very well packaged and product was like described on the page! This was my first purchase that I've ever done on Ebay and it was so positive from these people, that I am likely to return! Ebay should give them an award or something for keeping a customer.
